I paint in a contemporary style that is meant to look realistic, but with somewhat loose brushstrokes and texture, and an abstracted background; I do not paint detailed backgrounds. I do not aim to make a painted 'copy' of a photo; rather, I use it as a reference to capture the essence of your pet <3

Your pet's name will be handwritten on the side edge of the painting (see photos)

Please note, only one pet can be included in each painting.

Follow these steps for your custom pet portrait commission:

1. Purchase this item - this is the full fee for your commission. Select your shipping or local pickup option at checkout.

2. Email me with photos of your pet - scroll below for tips on what makes a good photo. Together we will decide on an image that will translate well to this size of painting. Please send your photos no later than 2 weeks after purchase to avoid delaying the completion of your portrait beyond the estimated date.

3. I will create the painting - please note these need lots of time after I'm done painting for proper drying, varnishing etc. Shipping/pickup date will be on or before Nov. 30, 2024 to ensure it gets to you or your loved one by Christmas
